The Catholic Church, The One True Church
Ever since I was in college and took a history class I've been interested in the Catholic Church, not because I want to be Catholic but just the historical nature of the church having been around since the time of Jesus. that's a long history. If you take a walk along any timeline you discover very quickly that if it were not for the Church, mankind would still be muddling around in the dark ages looking for his next rat to eat. The Catholic Church is singularly responsible for all the things you see around you now. Were it not for them, the world we live in would be much different indeed. But now the Church has fallen out of favor as everyone has decided that Church is not for them and the dark ages weren't that bad now were they? For you see, without the Church, mankind is inclined to indulge in all kinds of debauchery. Man will follow Satin and his angels into the pits of hell without the Church. You say now that the Church has fallen, just as society has and to a large degree you would be right. As civilization has crashed so has the Church. But....there is one branch of the Church that has remained true to God's teachings, and if you are smart you will look up your local branch and attend. That branch is the Priestly Fraternity of St Peter. Google it and check you local area for a branch. OK now a few things you need to know about me. I was raised in the Baptist Church and left when I was 21. I could give you the tired old reasons but if you have attended a Baptist Church you know why I left so I won't bore you with the details. Needless to say I was Church less for a while until I married my wife who was a Lutheran, we attended the Lutheran Church for years until one day they hired a Woman to be the Minister of the Church. Well both my wife and I had problems with female pastor and has everyone was in favor of this we left the Church. We had been Church less for several years until one day I was fretting over the fact that the current government was so corrupt and how could America put up with such a corrupt government. Then it occurred to me. The government is corrupt because the people are. We are voting for a mirror image of ourselves. Our civilization has dropped so low that we are now voting in corrupt politicians and that's the real problem. The reason for this is twofold, We have stopped attending Church because we are lazy and don't want anyone to tell us what to do and the Church has let down so many people that the only a few people will attend. I have to admit that I pretty much wrote off Catholics when I heard of the sexual corruption of the Priests and what had happened to many alter boys. But I wasn't finished yet. With the total corruption of the citizens of America, I knew that only thing that would pull us out is a good old fashioned revival. But not the tent revivals of our parents but a real revival of truth and justice. That can only be found in today's Catholic Church that adheres to the teachings of the Priestly Fraternity of St Peter. I am now in adult catechism and learning the richness and heritage of the real Catholic Church. Not the watered down "feel good" Catholic Church, but the real Catholic Church. I have found peace and contentment following the teachings of Christ in the Catholic Church. If you want real peace and want to see a change in America, the change starts with you and getting into Mass and asking forgiveness of sins and urging others to do the same. the state America is in will not solve itself. And politics is not the answer. We must join each together in Church, get our lives right with God and the rest will take care of its self. Think about it, visit your local Priestly Fraternity of St Peter Catholic Church then America will begin to heal.

The American Press Has Gone To The Dogs ARF!
Lies stacked on Lies stacked on Lies bolstered by more Lies. the American News Media (ABC, CBS NBC, CNN, FOX, PBS) has all gone for the new Dictator Barach Obama. All those years spent in the tutelage of communist professors have changed both the corrupt teaching profession and the Network news into buffoons of the state. Just like the days before and after Hitler rose to power in Germany the United States has done what is required to change America from the most powerful nation on earth to the most wimpy bunch of parasite and thieves the world has ever known. Those two professions, the news media and the teachers have destroyed this once great nation. The teachers have failed to teach creating an entire nation of hopeless Zombies with no future other than to bow down to the rulers chosen by the news media. Since children are not taught to think critically and for themselves, they no nothing else than to bow to their rulers. So there you have it in a nut shell. The press refused to speak the truth about the economy and the massive thievery going on in the government. People refuse to lift themselves up and work for the American Dream. People don't know how to think for themselves and allow the media to say anything at all without double checking the truth. According to the bankrupt media, America is in economic recovery and has been for four years. this belies the truth of massive unemployment, inflation, and lost wages. The papers are full of companies going bankrupt and closing down. Thousands have been laid off and are without hope of finding meaningful employment. Yet the media keeps preaching obama's gospel of hope and change and the teachers keep counting their money as the students drop out of school. It's a terrible disease with no doctors in sight. We need to kick out the communist interlopers from our government, kick out all teachers and professors and put them in prison camps, we nee to relieve all the news media of their positions in the press and the network news and detain them on deserted islands in the antarctic. You think this is terrible, how could I say such a thing? This is nothing compared to what happens to the losing army of bad theology that tries to overthrow our nation. and that's just what has happened. Three things happened to America, Bad Teachers and Professors (grown on our own soil) Bad Press (repeating lie after lie daily) and rampant greed (no matter what you need to do to get yours). As a result of these things American is sinking into a rot and she won't recover from. The answer? Billy Graham on steroids and a great revival where people put their trust in God instead of money and man. the current government is promising everyone everything if we will just bow down and worship them. I for one will never bow down to these Antichrists!! and neither should you! Think about what you are doing, are you laying around playing video games and watching cable TV instead of searching for that next job? they got you if you are. Are you not concerned about getting for food from the government when you know they took that money from somebody else at gunpoint? Do you believe that the current government will let you continue doing nothing and playing all day after they have seized complete power? Do you worry even a little bit about your future and the future of America? Do You Care?? Do you know what Sharia law is? Do you understand the implications of allowing all power to be wrestled away from the people and placed into the hands of a few? will you raise you head up from playing "Special Ops 3"long enough to think about it? I hope so. Americans have been swindled into believing the next meal is free. But be warned, there are no free lunches. if you are getting one, you better watch out because the other shoe is about to drop.

How Many Children Will Be Sacrificed On The Government Alter?
give me the bad news first. Teachers don't care about your kids, teachers care about the union and their paycheck. I remember a time when teaching wasn't a job, it was a vocation! you never choose to be a teacher you are called, like a Preacher! Well now with the economy going to hell in a bucket, we need people who will step up and replace the communist teachers with real teachers!! We need Peachers!!! Parent teachers who will step up to the plate and replace the so called teachers who have infiltrated our school systems only to teach political correctness, birth control, and how to narc on your parents. Have you had enough yet? will you finally decide that the future of our country and the future of our children are joined at the hip? Remember when kids used to go out and play for recess, but now the kids are given Ritalin to keep them docile in class. I heard stories of teachers threatening to turn parents in for not giving Ritalin to their kids. kids are naturally hyper, they need recess and the teachers don't want to mess with recess, they are too busy for that. So the kids get hyper and teachers start making threats. When will parents put the importance on the kids instead of their next toy? that will happen anyway now that the economy is evaporating. But will parents do the right thing and overthrow the local school district and replace the money grubbing communist teachers with Peachers (parent teachers). No one can make you do this, this must be done voluntarily. Hey Dad, been laid off for a while? Can't find work? take over the local school district, get rid of the communist teachers and start teaching math to your own kids. Be a real hero and start making a real difference in the world. Step up, Step Out, and Stretch your imagination. Teach the kids what they really need to existing in this world, teach them peace through power, teach them self determination, teach them self reliance, teach them Math and History. Get rid of those teachers who would hold them back at the governments demand. Stupid people don't question their government, they take what they are given and live for the state. Is that what you grew up with? Is that what is important? that's not the world I grew up in and I can't stand the fact that my children and grandchildren will be handed an America that isn't anything like the world I grew up in. Remember when the high calling of the church and the kids having Scouts was an excellent way to get your kids the kind of training they need to be self reliant. What's happened? what will our kids have when they are older? Will they get a world where excellence and achievement are awarded? Or will they get a world where losers and haters are the normal? You can decide. Take the challenge.
My Dad Is The Geography Teacher!
We have already discussed In brief overview how to fully fund and staff the school system. For some of you this might not be familiar, but for the older folks you might recognize the source of the differences.
I really like the idea to change the funding of schools from Property Tax to a Tuition based Formula. Because you have "Volunteer"parents staffing the whole school, from the Janitor to the Principal their is no funding requirement other than the state who would as a matter of course build the buildings and supply the hardware. Other funding would be voluntary or from the schools "products", (sporting events, concessions, Toll Road, (if no one travels down the 25 MPH street the students are even safer) I think the school lunch could include family days so the whole family could have lunch together. There are so many opportunities to fund schools if you didn't have the burdensome "teachers" salaries and benefits. The children would have the best education ever!! Parents would volunteer to teach the kids and there would be plenty of parental oversight to help keep their kids in line. Using the curriculum currently used by home school parents the parents would just need to follow the curriculum and the Parent Teachers would have the answer books.
It would be like volunteering for military but you wouldn't get shot at. Depending on the budget, you might even be able to give a small stipend to the Peachers (coined from Parent Teachers). to help offset some of the costs associated with teaching.
This would take a lot of people to change their lifestyles as some people have both parents working and "need" extra income. But if you have children, do you really want someone else teaching your kids? I have friends with kids in school and the kids that are in elementary school have homework every night. I ask myself why kids in elementary school have homework and the answer is clear. the teachers don't teach, they babysit. This is why they make so much money working a part time job. If you refuse to pay the teachers any salary they want, they strike, leaving you and your kids in a tough spot. You or your spouse has to stay home from work or put them in child care. Today's teachers are glorified baby sitters with a huge salary and loyalty to the Union not to your child. Doesn't anyone question why the teacher can teach better if only they made a better salary? Usually when you work in the private sector your salary is based on performance. But that doesn't happen in today's modern school system because the unionized teachers will strike if they are expected to perform. Today's modern school are so screwed up that the only way to fix them is to start over. Teachers are teaching your kids communism every time they have your kids out on the streets begging the property owners to vote yes on the next teachers salary increase. They just threaten to take the things out of school that the kids and parents like (sports and transportation) so they can give the increase to the ever gluttonous teachers who are there only for the money anyway.
How are today's parents so blind not to see this? The problem is they see it, but are too busy trying to buy the next house upgrade, or that new boat, or whatever the next thing is. You will notice that salaries for the private sector are getting smaller while salaries for the government workers are getting bigger. Hey they want all those nice things too. The problem is if they want more money they have to reach into your pockets to get it. As your paycheck decrease and the teachers increases, and you live on less and less and they demand more and more. you will see the logic of my proposal. We can't afford the school system in it's current form for long, you will begin to see that as you realize that the government has no limit on the amount of tax you will pay. They want a raise, you need to cough it up. Now we have the affordable health care act (obamacare) and the government is off to the races. There will be no limit to the taxes they will expect because after all, it's your health! As the majority of people are now on some form of welfare from the government. this trend will continue until the private sector is illuminated.the only way to stop this trend is to get your kids out of the government schools and institute Tudor Schools. Face it, you don't have a good job anyway, but maybe you can ensure your kids get a good education, instead of being taught to be good communists.

Are You On The List For Indefinate Detention?
by Bob UnruhEmail | Archive
Presumably, a proposal being developed in Texas right now won’t be necessary should its petition on the White House website to secede from the union be successful.
But if not, the Lone Star state apparently wants to be prepared to challenge whatever it views as a federal encroachment on the rights of the state, or its citizens.
So it will be reviewing a legislative plan that not only would make it illegal to cooperate with the federal National Defense Authorization Act in Texas, but could make an offender subject to a year in jail and a $10,000 fine.
The NDAA was signed into law by Barack Obama at the end of 2011, and it includes sections 1021 and 1022, “Which, in essence, create a new power for the federal government to ‘indefinitely detain’ – without due process – any person. Indefinitely. That’s little different than kidnapping,” said a report from the Tenth Amendment Center, which focuses its work on the rights reserved to the states and the people under the federal Constitution.
Michael Boldin, the center’s founder, told WND, “With four more years of the man who not only signed ‘indefinite detention’ into law, but has vigorously defended it in court, there is absolutely zero chance for repeal in Washington, D.C. Our last hope is to stand up and nullify.”
He cited House Bill 149 by Rep. Lyle Larson in Texas.
The “Texas Liberty Preservation Act” specifically finds the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution lets Washington “exercise only those powers specifically delegated to it under Article I, Section 8.”
The bill itself explains that the president “has asserted that the Authorization for the Use of Military Force, enacted in 2001, authorizes the president to indefinitely detain, without charge, any person, including a citizen of the United States or a lawful resident alien, regardless of whether the person is apprehended inside or outside the borders of the United States.”
The NDAA sections specifically allow “indefinite detention of persons apprehended within the United States without charge or trial.”
That, however, violates “The Texas Constitution, the limits of federal power authorized by Article I, Section 8″ and “the legal doctrine of Posse Comitatus.
Oh, and it also violates habeas corpus, the First Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, the Sixth Amendment, the Eighth Amendment, the Fourteenth Amendment, the legislation explains.
That would be the right to petition government, being free from unreasonable searches, the prohibition of the deprivation of liberty without due process, a speedy trial, the ban on cruel and unusual punishment, and others.
Since those sections, 1021 and 1022, “Violate portions of federal law, the United States Constitution, and the Texas Constitution,” they are “invalid and illegal” in Texas, the legislation says.
But it goes further. A lot.
It specifies that “A person who is an official, agent, or employee of the United States or an employee of a corporation providing services to the United States commits an offense if the person enforces or attempts to enforce a statute, a rule or regulation, an order, or any law of the United States in violation of this subchapter.”
Such violations would be punishable by a jail term of a year, a fine of not more than $10,000.
Or both.
“Rep. Larson will likely be derided by the establishment, so if you live in Texas, he deserves your praise and relentless support on this issue,” Boldin told WND. “If you live anywhere else in the country, the time to act is now. Get on the phone with your state legislators and press them to show the same kind of courage that Lyle Larson has done. When enough states stand up and say NO to unconstitutional federal acts, there’s not much that Obama and his gang can do about it. The Constitution and your liberty will win.”
The organization has reported that sources suggest that at least 10 other states will be considering similar legislation in the coming year.
“And potentially dozens of counties and cities can be expected to move along these lines as well,” the report said.
Already, cooperating with the NDAA provisions are illegal in Virginia. Michigan is considering a similar move, and more than 15 local communities have take the same action.
The pushback against the NDAA started with a few local communities in Colorado before Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell signed House Bill 1160, making that state the first to pass a law not only rejecting the federal act, but fully banning any state agency from cooperating with the feds on it.WND previously has reported on a court case over the sections, where the Obama administration has battled vigorously for its right to detention.
The fight is on appeal right now, after U.S. District Judge Katherine Forrest issued a permanent injunction against the sections.
In her order, Forrest had written, “The government put forth the qualified position that plaintiffs’ particular activities, as described at the hearing, if described accurately, if they were independent, and without more, would not subject plaintiffs to military detention under Section 1021.”
But she continued, “The government did not – and does not – generally agree or anywhere argue that activities protected by the First Amendment could not subject an individual to indefinite military detention under Section 1021.”
The case was brought last January by a number of writers and reporters, led by New York Times reporter Christopher Hedges. The journalists contend the controversial section allows for detention of citizens and residents taken into custody in the U.S. on “suspicion of providing substantial support” to anyone engaged in hostilities against the U.S.
The lawsuit alleges the law is vague and could be read to authorize the arrest and detention of people whose speech or associations are protected by the First Amendment. They wonder whether interviewing a member of al-Qaida would be considered “substantial support.”
“Here, the stakes get no higher: indefinite military detention – potential detention during a war on terrorism that is not expected to end in the foreseeable future, if ever. The Constitution requires specificity – and that specificity is absent from Section 1021,” the judge wrote.
Dan Johnson, a spokesman with People Against the NDAA, told WND it took only hours for the government to file an appeal to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.
“It most definitely tells us something about their intent,” he told WND.
He cited Obama’s signing statement, when the bill was made law, that he would not use the provision allowing detention of American citizens without probable cause in military facilities.
“Just because someone says something doesn’t mean they’re not lying,” he said.
Forrest had said the law “impermissibly impinges on guaranteed First Amendment rights and lacks sufficient definitional structure and protection to meet the requirements of due process.”
“This court rejects the government’s suggestion that American citizens can be placed in military detention indefinitely, for acts they could not predict might subject them to detention, and have as their sole remedy a habeas petition adjudicated by a single decision-maker (a judge versus a jury), by a ‘preponderance of the evidence’ standard,” she wrote.
“That scenario dispenses with a number of guaranteed rights,” she said.
The Obama administration already has described those who hold a pro-life position or support third-party presidential candidates or the Second Amendment as fitting the profile of a domestic terrorist.
Obama stated when he put his signature to the legislative plan that his administration “will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens.”
The case was brought on behalf of Christopher Hedges, Daniel Ellsberg, Jennifer Bolen, Noam Chomsky, Alex O’Brien, Kai Warg All, Brigitta Jonsottir and the group U.S. Day of Rage. Many of the plaintiffs are authors or reporters who stated that the threat of indefinite detention by the U.S. military already had altered their activities
Bob Unruh joined WND in 2006 after nearly three decades with the Associated Press, as well as several Upper Midwest newspapers

Will you explain that is was easier than working? Will you say that everyone was doing it? Will you make the case that the money was free and the government was just giving it away? Will your grandkids understand when there is not freedom to build a business? that international travel wasn't open to them because the new communist overlords are afraid if you get away, you won't come back? Will you have the guts to tell them that when you were young, you have the best healthcare in the world, and you gave it away for a pot of stew? How can you live with yourself knowing that you were stealing money from your grandbabies piggy bank and now they have nothing but an IOU from the government. will you say the rich people had to pay so everyone got the same? will you say that you occupied New York so you could lay on your fat ass and do nothing? will you explain you were just too lazy. and it was too hard to take care of yourself. will you tell them of what is was like to own 82 mustang? will you brag about the time you took your car down I80 at 100mph between New Lenox and Joliet exits? Can you explain why the government issues them an apartment and gives them a job assignment? will you be able to tell them why they have to wait in long bread lines? Will you remember what a steak tastes like? or shrimp scampii? will you have enough money to take you grandbaby to McDonalds to have a spinich salad? (meat will be made illegal by Michelle Obama) how many hours will you have to work to get a vacation???? will you get a vacation? will you remember the time your wife got pregnant and had that really bright and cheery hospital room with the cute wallpaper and TV with DVD player< and nurses that waited on her hand and foot? will you tell that to your grandbaby when she's in her drab gray hospital room with a nurse running between the rooms of pregnant mothers in labor? will you tell your grandbaby that she's not allowed to have a bady because she already had one? will you tell you grandbaby that she has been selected for steralization in the Planned Parenthood Lottery? Can you explain to your grandbaby that you are dying of cancer but the government has deemed you useless because you are over 70 and you have 6 weeks to live?

Obama Finds Further Ways To Steal From the Future
Rancher Kevin Kester works dawn to dusk, drives a 12-year-old pick-up truck and earns less than a typical bureaucrat in Washington D.C., yet the federal government considers him rich enough to pay the estate tax -- also known as the "death tax."
And with that tax set to soar at the beginning of 2013 without some kind of intervention from Congress, farmers and ranchers like Kester are waiting anxiously.
"There is no way financially my kids can pay what the IRS is going to demand from them nine months after death and keep this ranch intact for their generation and future generations," said Kester, of the Bear Valley Ranch in Central California.
Two decades ago, Kester paid the IRS $2 million when he inherited a 22,000-acre cattle ranch from his grandfather. Come January, the tax burden on his children will be more than $13 million.
For supporters of a high estate tax, which is imposed on somebody's estate after death, Kester is the kind of person they rarely mention. He doesn't own a mansion. He's not the CEO of a multi-national. But because of his line of work, he owns a lot of property that would be subject to a lot of tax.
"Our number one goal is to repeal the estate tax, to get rid of it, not have it for every generation, when I die and my kids die and so on," he told Fox News. "For everyone to have to re-purchase the ranch or farm over and over for each generation, that's inherently unjust. So what we're doing is asking our politicians to understand that and repeal the estate tax."
That, however, is unlikely. Currently, the federal government taxes estates worth $5 million dollars and up at 35 percent. When the Bush-era tax rates expire in January, rates increase to 55 percent on estates of $1 million or more. While some Republicans want to eliminate the death tax entirely, President Obama has proposed a 45 percent rate on estates of $3.5 million and up.
"The idea behind the estate tax is to prevent the very wealthy among us from accumulating vast fortunes that they can pass along to the next generation," said Patrick Lester, director of Federal Fiscal Policy with the progressive think tank -- OMB Watch. "The poster child for the estate tax is Paris Hilton -- the celebrity and hotel heiress. That's who this is targeted at, not ordinary Americans."
But according to the American Farm Bureau, up to 97 percent of American farms and ranches will be subject to an estate tax where the exemption is set at $1 million. At that rate, the federal government will pocket $40 billion in 2013 and up to $86 billion in 2021. That contrasts with just $12 billion this year.
Many Democrats argue the tax promotes equality among classes, especially in capital gains -- or stocks passed from one generation to another. Since stocks are only taxed when they are sold, the government can't profit from long-term investments without the estate tax.
"Very large portions of very wealthy estates are tied up in stocks and they have never been taxed," said Lester. "The estate tax is one of the ways we make sure the wealthy pay a little bit more as an overall share of their wealth and income compared to low-income individuals."
Many Republicans argue the opposite. Because the estate tax falls on assets, they say it hampers investment by reducing incentives to save and invest. A pending estate tax could become a disincentive to invest in an otherwise viable business, forcing older people to liquidate or shift resources out of an ongoing business and into a trust or tax-free investment.
"We're not millionaires in the terms of making a million dollars a year," said Kester who lives in a modest home and whose family -- not outsiders or a corporation -- runs his ranch. "I have a half-a-million dollars in soil."
Kester can't spend it, without selling land. But by selling the land, each year the ranch would become less viable.
The estate tax dates back to 1916 when then-President Woodrow Wilson imposed the tax of 1 to 10 percent on the wealthy because World War I reduced federal government revenues. Under Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the tax rose to 77 percent, as Congress tried to prevent wealth from becoming concentrated among a few powerful and super-rich families.
Ironically, many nations historically more concerned with class and wealth -- namely Russia and China -- have since abandoned their estate taxes.
