A man who was arrested after waving a Confederate flag and shouting racial slurs at Camden residents during a country music concert was arrested again Saturday for another bias incident.

Camden, N.J. police say that Darren Walp, 33, of Ridley Park, Pa., was on his way to another concert at the time of the latest incident.  Confederate Flag Flying High
