Respected Christian leader and author James Dobson makes it clear his pro-family ministry puts the issue of life first and foremost – even if it means shutting down. - See more at: http://www.onenewsnow.com/legal-courts/2014/01/09/dobson-to-govt-you-cant-make-us-comply-with-birth-control-mandate#.UtITp9F3vIW
Dr. Dobson didn't hold back Thursday during an interview regarding his organization, Family Talk, and its challenge of a federal mandate for employers to cover abortifacients. "We are suing [HHS Secretary] Kathleen Sebelius for forcing or trying to force all of us to give abortifacient medications to our employees," he summarized on American Family Radio, "and I just absolutely refuse to do it. We'll close down before I'll do it." Several other employers are challenging the mandate, including the for-profit Hobby Lobby. "Ours is a Christian non-profit," he explained. "[The government has] exempted churches from having to do this, but they've concluded that other Christian non-profits are not 'Christian enough.'" In a letter last year to his supporters, Dobson vowed he would not comply with the mandate, saying "the killing of babies is something we absolutely cannot do." - See more at: http://www.onenewsnow.com/legal-courts/2014/01/09/dobson-to-govt-you-cant-make-us-comply-with-birth-control-mandate#.UtITp9F3vIW

Obama Seizes Homes of Americans To Give To Indians in Wyoming
http://tellmenow.com/obama-seizes-homes-of-americans-to-give-to-indians-in-wyoming/
It appears that Obama’s habitual abuse of his executive action is beginning to rub off on the rest of his administration. His EPA soldiers are now telling a town in Wyoming that they no longer have the right to live there. And what’s worse? They’re giving away that land that the residents rightfully bought to other people.
The town of Riverton, Wyoming has been an issue for quite some time with regards to Indians and the “white man.” According to local Indians, the 1 million acre plot the town sits on should rightfully be added to their reservation.
(See also: Obama Quietly Gave Away $1 Million To Promote Gender Equality In Morocco)
Well, for some strange reason, Obama’s goon squad has obliged the Indian’s request even though the borders were place there in 1905. Now the 10,000 residents of the town are being forced to stick to their guns and stay there, or forfeit their land. The choice here though isn’t quite so simple. If the residents decide to stay, they would not be, “eligible for state or federal services.” Along with this, they may just get tossed off their land they bought anyways because the, “deeds do not have to be recognized by the Indians.”
Sen. Leland Christensen declared in a public statement:

This is an alarming action when you have a federal agency step in and start to undo congressional acts that has really been our history for 108 years … with the stroke of a pen without talking to the biggest groups impacted, and that would be the city of Riverton and the state of Wyoming.”And Mead is exactly right. Obama’s administration has proven time and time again that, “if you give a mouse a cookie, he’ll ask for a glass of milk.” So where does it end? When do American’s stand up and say enough is enough? It looks like when the government is ready to throw you off your land that you rightfully bought and paid for, might be a good place to start.

NPR's Liberal Attacks: Hour on Guns Includes Attack on NRA's Wayne LaPierre, Ted Nugent as Draft Dodgers

One reason commercial liberal talk radio’s never quite succeeded is that NPR is a network with liberal hosts, liberal guests, and liberal callers. This perfect storm of unanimity displayed itself on Thursday’s Diane Rehm Show, when they discussed the push for more gun control. There were no guests from the NRA, just moderate Richard Feldman, who wrote a book about his “confessions of a gun lobbyist.”
On the other hand, Rehm brought on Mark Kelly, the astronaut husband of disabled ex-Rep. Gabrielle Giffords to talk up his new gun-control group, as well as an anti-gun New York Times reporter and Ladd Everitt, communications director for the liberal Coalition to Stop Gun Violence. A caller named Bill joined the show to trash NRA president Wayne LaPierre as a draft dodger, and Everitt joined in to make the same accusation of NRA board member Ted Nugent:

BILL: I was a little disappointed in the little bit you gave as Mark Kelly was signing off. You didn't mention -- although a lot of people know this, but a lot perhaps don't -- he's retired military and a recent active astronaut.
REHM: Of course.
BILL: A good brave man.
REHM: Yes, indeed.
BILL: I think you should have added that. But let me tell you one more thing, very quick about Wayne LaPierre, which I didn't know, and I'll bet a lot of people didn't know. He was at the height of his eligibility for the draft in the mid- to late '60s. He spent his whole eligibility with deferment from college. He never served in the military. And here he is the icon of gun rights and all this stuff.
REHM: All right, sir. Thanks for your call. Ladd?
LADD EVERITT: Well, that's true. Wayne didn't serve. It's a little bit cloudy as to why. You know there were certain rumors out there as to why. I've never seen any hard evidence. The example that I think is more salient here is NRA board member Ted Nugent, who's made quite a career in the last few decades of praising the military and acting as if he's their biggest, you know, backer.

Sleeping Nation Gives Up Right to 90 pound Dictator
The National Security Agency and its allies are making a final public push to retain as much of their controversial mass surveillance powers as they can, before President Barack Obama’s forthcoming announcement about the future scope of US surveillance.
Security officials concede a need for greater transparency and for adjustments to broad domestic intelligence collection, but argue that limiting the scope of such collection would put the country at greater risk of terrorist attacks.
In a lengthy interview that aired on Friday on National Public Radio (NPR), the NSA’s top civilian official, the outgoing deputy director John C Inglis, said that the agency would cautiously welcome a public advocate to argue for privacy interests before the secret court which oversees surveillance. Such a measure is being promoted by some of the agency’s strongest legislative critics.

West Virginia One Two Punch, How Did that Hole Get in the Chemical Tank? I Wonder? Chemical Warfare Against Big Coal?
West Virginia loses big coal to the Obama administrations machinations, is this the left hook after the right jab?
"The spill of 4-methylcyclohexane methanol, which is used at preparation plants to wash coal, occurred Thursday at Freedom Industries Inc., a chemical company about a mile upriver on the Elk River from the water facility." -- WSJ
CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Schools and restaurants closed, grocery stores sold out of bottled water, and state legislators who had just started their session canceled the day's business after a chemical spill in the Elk River in Charleston shut down much of the city and surrounding counties even as the cause and extent of the incident remained unclear.
The federal government joined the state early Friday in declaring a disaster, and the West Virginia National Guard planned to distribute bottled drinking water to emergency services agencies in the nine affected counties.
About 100,000 water customers, or 300,000 people total, were affected, state officials reported.
Federal law enforcement authorities have opened an investigation into the spill, U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin said Friday.
Goodwin said the release of the potentially dangerous chemical into the water supply "has put hundreds of thousands of West Virginians at risk, severely disrupted our region's economy, and upended people's daily lives."
Shortly after the Thursday spill from Freedom Industries hit the river and a nearby treatment plant, a licorice-like smell enveloped parts of the city, and Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin issued an order to customer of West Virginia American Water: Do not drink, bathe, cook or wash clothes with tap water.

They still won't say what happened to cause the hole in the tank in the first place.

Say Goodbye to Your Favorite Sit Down Restaurant. Another Victim Of Obama's Economy
Why Red Lobster, Olive Garden and Their Casual-Dining Bretheren Are Endangered Species
The past few quarters have been tough on shareholders of casual dining chains such as Darden International's (NYSE: DRI ) Red Lobster and Olive Garden franchises, Bravo Brio Restaurant (NASDAQ: BBRG ) , and BJ's Restaurants (NASDAQ: BJRI ) . While the stock market and the economy have improved, these restaurants have stalled mightily.
The big question is whether these restaurants are going through a brief dry spell, or are they suffering a permanent trend downward? There's a few different ways to look at the problem.
Stuck in the middle
The past few quarters have been good for restaurants in fine dining, quick service, and especially fast casual (the sector grew 12% year over year). The one area that is struggling is casual dining.

Be A Simple Kind of Man
Songwriters: VAN ZANT, RONNIE / ROSSINGTON, GARY ROBERT
(Gary Rossington - Ronnie VanZant)
Mama told me when I was young
Come sit beside me, my only son
And listen closely to what I say.
And if you do this
It'll help you some sunny day. Oh Yah!
Oh, take your time... Don't live too fast,
Troubles will come and they will pass.
You'll find a woman, yea yea, you'll find love,
And don't forget son,
There is someone up above.
(Chorus)
And be a simple, kind of man.
Oh be something, you love and understand.
Baby be a simple, kind of man.
Oh, won't you do this for me son,
If you can?
Forget your lust, for the rich man's gold
All that you need, is in your soul,
And you can do this, oh baby, if you try.
All that I want for you my son,
Is to be satisfied.
(Chorus)
Boy, don't you worry... you'll find yourself.
Follow your heart, lord, and nothing else.
And you can do this, oh baby, if you try.
All that I want for you my son,
Is to be satisfied.
(Chorus)
Baby be a simple, be a simple man.
Oh be something, you love and understand.
Baby be a simple, kind of man. (Fade out)

Free North Carolina: From the Drone Survival Guide#comment-form
Most drones are equipped with night vision, and/or infrared vision camera's, so-called sensors. These can see human heat signatures from far away, day or night. However there are ways to hide from drones.
• Day camouflage: Hide in the shadows of buildings or trees. Use thick forests as natural camouflage or use camouflage nets.
• Night camouflage: hide inside buildings or under protection of trees or foliage. Do not use flashlights or vehicle spot lights, even at long distances. Drones can easily spot this during night missions.
• Heat camouflage: Emergency blankets (so-called space blankets) made of Mylar can block infrared rays. Wearing a space blanket as a poncho at night will hide your heat signature from infrared detection. Also in summer when the temperature is between 36°C and 40°C (97°F to 104°F), infrared camera's cannot distinguish between body and its surroundings.
• Wait for bad weather. Drones cannot operate in high winds, smoke, rainstorms or heavy weather conditions.
• No wireless communication. Using mobile phones orbased communication will possibly compromise your location.
• Spreading reflective pieces of glass or mirrored material on a car on a roof will confuse the drone's camera.
• Decoys. Use mannequins or human-sized dolls to mislead the drone's reconnaissance.
I Hear So Many People Who Really Believe The US Government Would Not Fire On It's Own People, You Can't Be Serious
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wounded_Knee_Massacre
The Wounded Knee Massacre occurred on December 29, 1890,[4] near Wounded Knee Creek (Lakota: Čhaŋkpé Ópi Wakpála) on the Lakota Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in the U.S. state of South Dakota. It was the last battle of the American Indian Wars. On the day before, a detachment of the U.S. 7th Cavalry Regiment commanded by Major Samuel M. Whitside intercepted Spotted Elk's band of Miniconjou Lakota and 38 Hunkpapa Lakota near Porcupine Butte and escorted them five miles westward (8 km) to Wounded Knee Creek, where they made camp.
The remainder of the 7th Cavalry Regiment arrived, led by Colonel James W. Forsyth and surrounded the encampment supported by four Hotchkiss guns.[5]
On the morning of December 29, the troops went into the camp to disarm the Lakota. One version of events claims that during the process of disarming the Lakota, a deaf tribesman named Black Coyote was reluctant to give up his rifle, claiming he had paid a lot for it.[6] A scuffle over Black Coyote's rifle escalated and a shot was fired which resulted in the 7th Cavalry's opening fire indiscriminately from all sides, killing men, women, and children, as well as some of their own fellow soldiers. Those few Lakota warriors who still had weapons began shooting back at the attacking soldiers, who quickly suppressed the Lakota fire. The surviving Lakota fled, but U.S. cavalrymen pursued and killed many who were unarmed.
By the time it was over, at least 150 men, women, and children of the Lakota had been killed and 51 wounded (4 men, 47 women and children, some of whom died later); some estimates placed the number of dead at 300.[3] Twenty-five soldiers also died, and 39 were wounded (6 of the wounded would later die).[7] At least twenty soldiers were awarded the Medal of Honor.[8] In 2001, the National Congress of American Indians passed two resolutions condemning the awards and called on the U.S. government to rescind them.[9] The site of the massacre has been designated a National Historic Landmark.[4]
Sherman's March to the Sea is the name commonly given to the Savannah Campaign conducted through Georgia from November 15 to December 21, 1864 by Maj. Gen. William Tecumseh Sherman of the Union Army in the American Civil War. The campaign began with Sherman's troops leaving the captured city of Atlanta, Georgia, on November 15 and ended with the capture of the port of Savannah on December 21. His forces destroyed military targets as well as industry, infrastructure, and civilian property and disrupted the South's economy and its transportation networks. Sherman's bold move of operating deep within enemy territory and without supply lines is considered to be revolutionary in the annals of war.[1]
"Better Think Again Assholes"
Many Native Americans suffered from exposure, disease and starvation on the route to their destinations. Many died, including 2,000-6,000 of 16,542 relocated Cherokee.[2][3][4] European Americans and African American freedmen and slaves also participated in the Chickasaw, Choctaw, Muscogee Creek and Seminole forced relocations.[5]
In 1831, the Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Muscogee Creek, and Seminole (sometimes collectively referred to as the Five Civilized Tribes) were living as autonomous nations in what would be called the American Deep South. The process of cultural transformation (proposed by George Washington and Henry Knox) was gaining momentum, especially among the Cherokee and Choctaw.[6] Andrew Jackson continued and renewed the political and military effort for the removal of the Native Americans from these lands with the passage of the Indian Removal Act of 1830
The Waco siege was a siege of a compound belonging to the religious group Branch Davidians by American federal and Texas state law enforcement and military between February 28 and April 19, 1993.[4] The Branch Davidians, a Christian[5] sect led by David Koresh, lived at Mount Carmel Center ranch in the community of Elk, Texas,[6][7] nine miles (14 kilometers) east-northeast of Waco. The group was suspected of weapons violations and a search and arrest warrant was obtained by the U.S. federal agency Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF).
The incident began when the ATF attempted to raid the ranch. An intense gun battle erupted, resulting in the deaths of four agents and six Branch Davidians. Upon the ATF's failure to raid the compound, a siege was initiated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the standoff lasting 51 days. Eventually, the FBI launched an assault and initiated a tear gas attack in an attempt to force the Branch Davidians out. During the attack, a fire engulfed Mount Carmel Center and 76 men, women, and children,[8][9] including David Koresh, died.
Much dispute remains as to the actual events of the siege. A particular controversy ensued over the origin of the fire; a government investigation concluded in 2000 that sect members themselves had started the fire. The events at Waco were cited as the primary motivation for the perpetrators of the Oklahoma City bombing that took place exactly two years later in 1995.
Just get them pissed at you and they will shoot you, burn you, murder your family, burn your houses and barns, "relocate you", poison you, etc. etc. etc.

The Trail of Tears is a name given to the ethnic cleansing and forced relocation of Native American nations from southeastern parts of the United States following the Indian Removal Act of 1830. The removal included many members of the Cherokee, Muscogee (Creek), Seminole, Chickasaw, and Choctaw nations, among others in the United States, from their homelands to Indian Territory in eastern sections of the present-day state of Oklahoma. The phrase originated from a description of the removal of the Choctaw Nation in 1831.[1]Many Native Americans suffered from exposure, disease and starvation on the route to their destinations.

Happy New Year, motherfuckers.
We made it through another one, although I don’t see where that make’s any damned difference at all.
All I got to say is I made through the year without killing a motherfucker. I think.
I got no words of encouragement, not the traditional kind, anyways.
I will say this though:
An unloaded rifle is a club.
An unloaded handgun isn’t even a fucking club.
Be kind to animals. If you hunt, kill it cleanly.
Fuck Obama.
Condition Yellow at all times.
Keep an eye on your friends. Take that any way you want.
Charity comes from the heart.
Don’t be a pussy. Take no shit off nobody.
You can be pushed only if you allow it.
Do your recons. Keep them current.
The moment you show fear or submission, you lose.
Respect only those that have earned it.
Well, that’s about all I got.
