Why Would We Need Blimps? I thought the Whole World Loves Us Now?

because they are not defensive, they are offensive. these blimps are full of eavesdropping devices that will float over the DC residents head to further spy on the American people.

What a flimsy excuse to get really down and dirty on the American people. Obama is really getting paranoid, I guess the secret service just isn't getting the job done.
